Shipping

• Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

EXCHANGES

• In the chance you are not 100% happy with your order, we want to make it right! Merchandise is accepted for exchange only. 
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send the product back + the exchange.
• Sale Items are Final Sale and may not be exchanged.
• We are not responsible for lost packages. We strongly recommend you keep tracking information in the case an item is lost in transit.
